Ordering Process:

  1. Build your order: Add your desired items to your cart and proceed to checkout.
  2. Freight Estimate: You'll find a freight estimate directly in your cart. For orders larger than 6 pallets, please use the “Share your cart” buttons to email your cart to Support@BuildASoil.com for a freight quote.
  3. Checkout: For freight orders, select the "Invoiced After" freight option and make sure to check the 'Keep Card On File' checkbox for a seamless payment process moving forward.

Freight Packaging Billing:

  • We will palletize, weigh, and then invoice your order accurately for freight costs once the order is ready.
  • Orders may be held if payment has not been submitted. To avoid any delays, please ensure your card is on file or that payment is made immediately upon receiving the freight invoice.
  • This billing method is adopted to ensure that you are never overcharged for shipping, guaranteeing the most accurate rates.

BuildASoil is continuously evaluating and working with freight carriers to negotiate the best pricing and service on freight and parcel shipments, but for those preferring to manage their own freight arrangements, please contact Support@BuildASoil.com

How to add a credit/debit card to your profile:

  1. Login to https://wholesale.buildasoil.com/
  2. Click on the Account icon next to the cart.
  3. Click on the Profile icon next to the “Go to store” button.
  4. Click on the word Profile.
  5. Scroll down to Payment method, click +Add, and enter card details.

Split Orders

In instances where item orders are out of stock due to supplier issues, BuildASoil will split off out of stock items to then ship once they are back in stock and invoice the additional shipping costs accordingly unless directed to cancel the second shipment.

  • I can honestly say if it wasn't for Kevin From Rootwise and BuildASoil I wouldn't be in business for myself right now.
