First thing is first I could not imagine our shop without Build A Soil products. Their small team of people does an outstanding job of everything from shipping, packing, sourcing, being available for questions all of it. Special shoutout to Martin our rep you're the best. The wide range of the best organic inputs whether it be readily available water soluble or slow-release inputs they have all basses covered. Always the best products always a fair price always about educating the community. For our customers that either found Build A Soil themselves or were recommended by us, they LOVE the product and LOVE the ease in which it is used as well as the quality it produces. The connection the customer makes with the brand is awesome from their educational videos to all their products the customers really incorporate the Build A Soil method into all aspects of their lives. Whether it be Cannabis, Tropicals, Cacti, Fruits, Vegetables, houseplants even lawns Build A Soil becomes almost like a lifestyle for the customer and their products work great for everything. All those years ago I found one of their videos on YouTube and the rest is history. When we opened it was an absolute must to carry their products here. Bottom line if you have any doubts, I say do a run using their products and you'll be hard pressed to find better results elsewhere. Top that off with the ease and price, it's an absolute no brainer. Our customers were asking us for BuildASoil products for a long time but we didn’t have room for extra inventory until an expansion in early 2022. We decided immediately to bring in the brand, and Martin helped us put together an initial order of their best-selling products. Since then we have added more and more items as BuildASoil has become more popular in our store. BuildASoil has a stellar reputation for seeking out and selling only the highest quality ingredients and products, and the wealth of information on YouTube and Instagram helps create and sustain the strong online BuildASoil community. The feedback from our customers mirrors the many positive reviews on the BuildASoil website, so we never hesitate to recommend something. The products essentially sell themselves to the many growers who are loyal BuildASoil fans, but we find a lot of opportunities to sell BuildASoil products to other customers as well.

The main reasons I work predominantly with BuildASoil is trust and loyalty. I get bombarded with nonsense and sales pitches almost daily from sketchy vendors that can't provide documentation or tests on any product the offer. BuildASoil tests regularly and provide me copies within minutes of asking I also don't feel the need to research the source behind everything because I can trust Jeremy and his team did already and that prevents a lot of stress and time. Any issue, and it's never been big, has always been handled and treated immediately If I ever need answers to questions I know I have a wide conglomerate of trusted growers I can ask for help. Lastly and most importantly to me as a small business, they restricted sales to big business companies in the local area and supported local businesses. I can honestly say if it wasn't for Kevin, Rootwise and BuildASoil I wouldn't be in business for myself right now.
